🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Most orders within India are delivered in 7–10 working days from dispatch, depending on your shipping address and factors like public holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen delays.
  • Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India may take up to 15 working days.
  • In some rare cases (like product unavailability), delivery may take up to 2 weeks, but we’ll keep you updated.

📦 Courier Partners

We ship through trusted delivery partners: Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, selected based on your pincode.


Dispatch or Delivery Delays

We strive to ship every order on time, but sometimes life (and logistics) happen:

  • A product may not pass our quality check (we’re picky like that)
  • An item could be in restocking mode
  • Unforeseen operational hiccups, bad weather, or local strikes

If dispatch takes longer than 15 days, we’ll reach out, and you can:
1️⃣ Keep waiting (we promise it’ll be worth it)
2️⃣ Cancel your order and get a full refund
3️⃣ Swap it for another product


🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we’ll share the tracking details via email.
  • If you haven’t received tracking info within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at care@houseofkefi.com and we’ll sort it out.

📬 Delivered but Not Received?

It’s rare, but sometimes orders are received by a family member, neighbour, flatmate, security guard or office mailroom.

  • If you get a delivery notification but haven’t received your order, let us know within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We’ll raise the issue with our POD partner and resolve it quickly.
  • In genuine cases where the order can’t be traced after investigation (which can take up to 10 working days), we’ll refund you in full.
  • After the 48-hour notification window, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses.

📝 Good-to-Knows

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately (so don’t panic if you don’t get everything in one box).
  • Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
  • We aren’t responsible for delays caused by courier partners due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by customers.
