For all exchanges and returns, please email us at care@houseofkefi.com. We’re here to make the process smooth and hassle-free!
We have a 7 days exchange and return policy.
🔄 Exchange/Return Window

Inform us within 7 days of delivery if there’s any issue with your order (including size concerns or receiving the wrong product).
👕 Exchange Process

Free exchanges for size issues or if you received the wrong product.
- Replacement for defective or damaged product will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

We’ll exchange your item for another size or the correct product of the same value.

If the replacement item is of higher value, you can pay the difference online.

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost to you.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are only provided for genuine defective and damaged products.

Please email us with your order details, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account in 7-10 business days.
📦 Product Condition

Items must have original labels/tags, be neatly folded, and securely packed.

Used or washed products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our policy criteria.
