House of Kefi – Exchange & Returns Policy

For all exchanges and returns, please email us at care@houseofkefi.com. We’re here to make the process smooth and hassle-free!

We have a 7 days exchange and return policy.


🔄 Exchange/Return Window

  • Inform us within 7 days of delivery if there’s any issue with your order (including size concerns or receiving the wrong product).


👕 Exchange Process

  • Free exchanges for size issues or if you received the wrong product.

  • Replacement for defective or damaged product will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
  • We’ll exchange your item for another size or the correct product of the same value.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you can pay the difference online.

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost to you.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided for genuine defective and damaged products.
  • Please email us with your order details, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account in 7-10 business days.


📦 Product Condition

  • Items must have original labels/tags, be neatly folded, and securely packed.

  • Used or washed products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our policy criteria.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 6 PM.
