Exchange & Returns Policy

For all exchanges and returns, email us at support@houseofkefi.com.

Key Points:

  1. Exchange/Return Window:
    Inform us within 7 days of delivery for any issue (including size problems or receiving the wrong product).

  2. Exchange Process:

    • Free exchange for size issues or wrong products.
    • Exchange for another size or the correct product of the same value.
    • If the new product is of higher value, pay the difference online.
    • Reverse pickup is arranged at no extra charge.
  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds are provided only for genuine defective products.
    • Email us with order details, issue description, and photos of the defect.
    • Refunds are credited to the original payment account or as per your provided bank details.
  4. Product Condition:

    • Items must have original labels, be neatly folded, and securely packed.
    • Used or washed products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  5. Important Notes:

    • Do not accept damaged packages during delivery.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the product doesn’t meet our policy criteria.
