Exchange/Return Window:
Inform us within 7 days of delivery for any issue (including size problems or receiving the wrong product). -
Exchange Process:
- Free exchange for size issues or wrong products.
- Exchange for another size or the correct product of the same value.
- If the new product is of higher value, pay the difference online.
- Reverse pickup is arranged at no extra charge.

Refunds:
- Refunds are provided only for genuine defective products.
- Email us with order details, issue description, and photos of the defect.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment account or as per your provided bank details.

Product Condition:
- Items must have original labels, be neatly folded, and securely packed.
- Used or washed products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Do not accept damaged packages during delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the product doesn’t meet our policy criteria.
